Boil a cup of water then let it cool for 60 seconds. Submerge the mouthguard for 90 seconds until it siftens. Remove with a spoon and shake off excess water. Place into your mouth and carefully push into place, make sure it fits firmly against front of teeth. Suck out all air and water. Use your fingers to press mouthguard upward and tight against your gums. Rinse under cold water for 30 seconds to set your mouthguard.
