All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Bays Health Pharmacy will not be held responsible for orders that are declined for health reasons and will not be liable or accountable for orders that are declined for any other purpose.
Any products which have been ordered, which the Pharmacist considers to be of detriment to the health of an individual will not be supplied. In the case of non-supply for such reasons, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you.
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration form.
We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. New Zealand orders are sent via New Zealand Post Track packs or tickets. Parcels are track and trace. Signature is required unless you request otherwise.
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned to Bays Health Pharmacy. You will need to contact Monterrey or Karen on 09 972 2091 within that day you received the goods. The product needs to be in its original packaging. You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable on the website unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.
If you would like to exchange your item please get in contact with us and we will confirm if the new item is available or not.
Some items on the website will state whether the item is non-returnable, please be aware of these items.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return the product. However a restocking fee may be incurred.

Wrong Product Delivered
If you have ordered something and received the wrong product, we apologise and you are more than welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us on phone 09 972 2091 or email email@example.com
Damaged, Lost or Defective Products
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as. Do not sign for the parcel from the courier company. Please contact us on phone: 09 972 2091 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Customer must return prepaid to Bays Health Pharmacy within 10 days any Products that are damaged, or notify Bays Health Pharmacy of any lost or incomplete deliveries so that Bays Health Pharmacy can inspect the Products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.
Bays Health Pharmacy reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether it will accept the return of any Products for credit, repair or replacement. Bays Health Pharmacy will not accept return of any Product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the Customer or where the Product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Where returned Product is not accepted they will be returned to Customer at the Customer’s cost. Receipt by Bays Health Pharmacy of returned Product does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
